TILES

This series of paintings on wood grew out of my interest in psychology and how people attach meaning to objects. Inspired by my childhood, I painted one tile a day for three weeks, using the process to slow down and really notice the small, everyday things around me. Each object—simple and ordinary—felt like it carried its own memory, emotion, or story. My goal was to capture that weight and share a sense of why even familiar, overlooked objects can matter, and how they connect to our experiences and the ways we remember and feel.
